Give it time. Find good quality investments, give it time. It might take two or three years. You might not see any progress, per se, in the first year. You might not get any cash flow for the first 18 months.
Patience will reward you
But if you're investing in an asset that's worth a lot more than you're buying it for, you will see a return on that, and that patience will reward you.
