Founders want results, but if you don't have your foundation in place, whether that's tax, cash flow, reporting, the right team, the right organizational structure, all your efforts can crumble. Get the position right, and then strike. That is the lesson we learn on the mats, and it applies just as much out there in the rough and tumble of business.
