The mat doesn't care about your resume. When I'm out there training with my buddies, they could care less about my resume. They're interested in choking me out, tapping me out, whatever it takes. And you know what? I think the same is true in life and in business. Nobody cares about your resume. You can shove that where the sun don't shine. People do care about results. Your employees don't care. They do care a lot more about how you treat people. So humility makes you a better employer. Humility makes you a better trader. Humility makes you a better parent, and it makes you better on the mats. So figure out, if you don't already have a strategy, for how you can embrace humility to power your success.
