Tomer Soran began his career as a structural engineer working on skyscrapers, after studying engineering at Columbia University's Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science. That same systems-driven discipline now shapes how he helps founders build businesses that can run without them.

Tomer is the founder of Effortless Hire, an Austin-based firm that places highly vetted virtual assistants, sourced from the Philippines and Latin America, with growing companies in ecommerce, marketing, and professional services. He built a seven-figure ecommerce business operated almost entirely by remote teams, and earlier brought a product of his own invention to market through a Kickstarter campaign that raised more than USD $250,000.

Over more than a decade, Tomer has become a sought-after operations advisor.
